How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from My Account in your dashboard. For instructions, see ["How do I delete my Villari account?"] below. If you have trouble cancelling or want to talk through your options first, contact us — we're happy to help.

You can cancel your Villari membership any time from My Account in your dashboard.

Go to My Account, select Plan, then select Cancel subscription.

You will be asked to choose a reason for cancelling. You can also add a comment if you would like.

To finish, select Cancel subscription at the bottom right of the form.

Your protection will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling your membership does not delete your Villari account. For that, see “How do I delete my Villari account?” If you have trouble cancelling, contact us. We are happy to help.
