Can I get a refund?

Villari Refund Policy

At Villari, our mission is to provide peace of mind through trusted digital protection and support. If you are not satisfied with your membership, we want to make things right.

Free Trial

If your membership includes a free trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, but your Villari protection will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. 

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, as long as the account has not been misused or used in violation of Villari’s Terms of Service.

After 14 days, annual memberships are generally not refundable. That said, Villari may review exceptional circumstances individually.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly and we will investigate the issue.

Please include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue.

Villari reserves the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, or violations of our Terms of Service.
