A site my loved one uses is being blocked. What do I do?

Some legitimate sites may be caught by Guardrails settings — especially if you have category blocks turned on (social networks, gaming, etc.). First, check their Guardrails to see if a category block is the cause. If everything looks correct and a site you want to allow is still being blocked, contact us and we’ll look into it.
