How do I uninstall Villari?

Uninstalling Villari removes its protection from that device. The device will revert to its default DNS settings. If you need to remove Villari from a device — whether you’re switching devices, troubleshooting, or something has changed — here’s how to do it cleanly. 

Apple — iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings app.
2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top of Settings).
3. Scroll down and tap General → VPN & Device Management.
4. Tap Villari under Configuration Profiles.
5. Tap Remove Downloaded Profile.
6. Enter the device passcode when prompted.
7. Tap Remove to confirm.

Villari has been removed from this device. The device will return to its default network settings.

Apple — Mac

1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Select System Settings…
3. Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
4. Scroll down and click Profiles.
5. Select the Villari profile.
6. Click the minus (−) button to remove the Villari profile.
7. Enter your Mac password when prompted.
8. Click OK to confirm.

Villari has been removed from this Mac.

Android

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Network & internet (or “Connections” on some devices).
3. Tap Private DNS.
4. Select Automatic or Off.
5. Tap Save.

Villari has been removed. Private DNS will return to its previous setting.
