Villari doesn't seem to be working. How do I check?
Start with your Dashboard — look for Total Queries on the affected Villager's profile. If the number is zero after normal device use, Villari may have been removed or overridden. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and check that the Villari profile is still listed. On Android, go to Settings → Network & internet → Private DNS and confirm your Villari address is still there. If either has been removed, reinstall from your dashboard
